Centerton, AR  Feb 29- Mar 6 WYATT IS GETTING BAPTIZED THIS SATURDAY!! 🎉 It has been a roller coaster but he is so ready.       There's no way to accurately describe Wyatt on paper, but what a character. From bringing gifts to every member dinner (most recently a sack of flour) to wanting to become an apostle, to proclaiming he is going to marry a "mormon". We love this guy!      Wyatt started turning his life to God in 2020, quit drinking and started going to a church. A few months ago his friend gave him tickets to see a radio show host and member of our church in SLC. Being a spontaneous guy he drove all the way down and loved it! That spiked his curiosity about our church, and not long after, the missionaries just happened upon his door! (in a place they would normally never knock)      When they came back to follow up a few days later, he stepped outside and his dog locked him out... No keys, no phone, no shoes. And mind you t...

Centerton, AR  Feb 22 -28, 2024 While I may not have any crazy stories to share, this week - and every week - is full of tiny little miracles. Some people might call them coincidences, but I know they are miracles:) Tiny miracles/Highlights! •     After our visit, our friend Prakash drove to a neighbors and we sat in the car outside of his house for a good while planning where to go next. Suddenly Sister Thayn notes we should probably go before he gets back, and no joke as soon as I start driving his headlights turn the corner😂 The timing was crazy. •     Couldn't find my wallet, until the next morning when someone had left it untouched on our windshield. •     One of our friends is turning his life to God. He had a court case after someone attacked him and texted us right after saying that God told him to forgive his oppressor, and he did. •     Wyatt! Centerton, AR  Feb 15 - 21, 2024 One of the first things I learned about Bentonville AR is that it is the home of Walmart. And seriously they are everywhere, in every shade: Walmart gas stations, neighborhood markets, supercenters, distribution center, Home Office, museum, and cafe. I am well taken care of.😂 Highlights! •     I'm a big fan of our friend Wyatt. He sometimes says the most out of pocket things but also the most sincere questions! He's been excited to learn but afraid of doing something wrong. He really wanted to make sure this is what God wants for him before deciding to be baptized.       He has been pondering a lot this week and felt that as long as he was trying to show his commitment to the Lord, he couldn't go wrong. We invited him to pray about it and pick a day, and he said he will - but is definitely leaning towards yes! And soon! Centerton, AR  Feb 8 - 14, 2024 Brand new area after 6 months! I miss my Har-Ber people but can already tell it's going to be an amazing transfer. Sister Thayn is an incredible missionary, and I am so excited to work with her.  Highlights! •     Our friend Wyatt had a family situation come up on Sunday but still made the effort to come to church for the 10 minutes there were left! The ward was very welcoming. •     For the first time yet, someone approached US about the church! We were a little scared when he yelled "mormons!" and made his way over, but he is such a cool guy and we were able to give him a Book of Mormon! •     Met an awesome new convert Heather and spent a good while helping chasing down her kids as they rolled the lobby office chairs down the street. •     Visited Yerni and Anand who have a 3-week-old baby!!
